Hikvision, Dahua, Avtech and LTS all have very good price for 4 MP IPcameras. All of them are close to $100 per camera.
5 MP are coming soon, and everyone need to get the 4 MP surplus inventory sold before the new product comes in. No one in their right mind will buy a 4 MP IP camera if the 5 MP is the same price or cheaper, It is simple economics demand and supply.

H.264 days are numbered. H.265 is better. Right now the royalty is very high for H.265 but once some else starts making something similar to H.265, then it will cheaper too.
